This project is sponsored by the IASC Cluster Working Group on Early Recovery (CWGER) and, in particular, is being funded with the resources allocated to the CWGER by the Government of Norway. The CWGER is a group of 24 UN and non-UN active global partners from the humanitarian and development communities, with UNDP designated as Cluster Lead.
